A bespoke training solution could be one of our open courses on a date of your choice, or a course delivered at a location of your choosing, or we could even design and deliver an entirely new course tailored to your specific learning objectives.
Simply complete and submit the enquiry form below with as much relevant information as you can provide. Remember this course will be designed especially for you, so the more information you share with us, the better the opportunity we have in devising a training solution that addresses your specific needs. Upon receiving this information, we will compile and submit a suitable training proposal for your consideration.
Given the tailored nature of LBTC’s bespoke training service, the client enjoys the freedom to customise the course outline to ensure it resolves the challenges they face within their work context, and fulfils their learning and development needs. In fact, we will continually revise a client’s bespoke course outline until it matches their training requirement.
If the challenge you are facing is highly complex and cannot be resolved by training alone, then LBTC’s business consulting services might offer the appropriate solution.
Whatever your business and management training and consulting requirements are, let LBTC offer you a solution for consultancy or courses in London.
Not all business and management issues can be resolved by training alone. Some problems might involve greater complexities, or client organisations may face deep-seated issues that are department wide. Such cases require a more hands-on approach in the form of tailored management consulting services.
LBTC’s consultants are more than just training experts. They are practising business and management professionals who have successfully delivered numerous consultancy projects all over the world. They are well placed to examine the challenges you or your organisation are facing, and offer a consultancy solution that addresses the issues.
Share with us the specifics of the challenge you or your organisation have encountered, and give LBTC the opportunity to devise a suitable solution. Upon receiving your submission, we will appoint an appropriate consultant or team of consultants for that matter, to carry out a preliminary investigation of the task at hand.
Following the initial exploration process, the consultant(s) will compile a project proposal which will include the findings of the preliminary investigation, and a roadmap for the delivery of the consultancy project. Appropriate timelines for the completion of each stage of the project will also specified.
What sets LBTC apart from other providers of business consulting services is the fact that we will not abandon a client until a sustainable solution has been implemented and tested, even if the completion date of the project has long passed. Any additional time spent for this purpose beyond LBTC’s initial estimates will be at our expense, and not a burden for our client. Rest assured, we will persist until your problem has been resolved.
LBTC’s services also include 500 business courses offered through its portfolio of open courses. If a client is unable to find a relevant open course that addresses their learning and development needs, LBTC also offers a customised training service.

The British Accreditation Council (BAC) accredits LBTC.
This accreditation means that LBTC chose to seek external accreditation and receive a review on its processes to demonstrate that it is a high quality organisation.
In order to achieve BAC accreditation, LBTC had to demonstrate that it meets BAC’s rigorous standards in four inspection areas:
Education experts from the BAC inspectorate assessed LBTC against its standards during a formal inspection visit. The Inspection team wrote a report for the independent Accreditation Committee who subsequently awarded the accreditation.
The inspection report is available in the Directory and Inspection Reports section on the BAC website.
BAC was established by the UK’s Department of Education and the British Council in 1984 to oversee independent further and higher education in the UK. It is a registered charity and a not for profit organisation. As a full member of the European Association for Quality Assurance in Higher Education (ENQA) and the International Network for Quality Assurance Agencies in Higher Education (INQAAHE), BAC has been externally assessed on its organisation’s standards and processes.
BAC currently accredits more than 230 institutions across 19 countries.
Furthermore, BAC accreditation is recognised by UK Visas & Immigration (UKVI), part of the Home Office, as a qualifying requirement for institutions wishing to enrol students on Short-Term Study Visas: students from outside the EEA will only secure a UK Short-Term Study Visa if they have a genuine offer from an accredited institution.

LBTC’s service operations staff can assist delegates in securing suitable accommodation close to the training venue. In spite of the dozens of hotel and apartment options in the vicinity, Kings Cross is a popular neighbourhood and accommodation fills up fast. We recommend delegates secure their accommodation at least 6-weeks prior to their arrival.
Taxi services at the airport can be expensive. For those delegates flying in to London, LBTC can book cheap airport transfers including “meet & greet” services thereby easing your arrival into the city.
We appreciate that our international clients might wish to take in the sights and sounds of London during their visit. LBTC’s service operations staff are at hand to provide recommendations and information for those delegates looking for things to do in their free time.
Delegates who require a visa to facilitate their arrival in the UK and their course attendance with LBTC, should apply for a short-term student visa.
LBTC’s service operations staff can provide advice and guidance to ensure your visa application is prepared thoroughly prior to submission, thereby improving the chances of your application being successful.

Sustainability is one of our core values at LBTC.
The environmental impact of paper is significant. Pulp and paper mills contribute to air, water and land pollution. This issue is further exacerbated by the fact that the global consumption of paper has risen by 400% in the last four decades.
Education and training establishments are notorious for their reliance and consequent wastage of paper. Paper is indeed recyclable, but not everyone recycles.
LBTC has adopted the mantra of reduce, reuse and recycle – and taken it a step further by rejecting the use of paper. We have implemented a paperless operational model whereby all communications, documents and course materials are delivered electronically. The added benefit of utilising electronic media is the tremendous efficiencies this approach delivers.
Delegates attending a course with LBTC will receive an Apple iPad on arrival. This device will come preloaded with the daily schedule, course material, health & safety advice, the course brochure, and our terms & conditions. Delegates are also encouraged to use the iPad to make any notes as it automatically backs up all data to their respective iCloud accounts.
We encourage all our stakeholders in joining LBTC in our efforts towards GOING GREEN.
