Course Structure - How We Train

This is a self-paced course, which requires study at our training centre in Holborn. (Some modules may be available to study from home on our distance learning programme - speak to a Course Advisor for more information.)

Our opening hours include daytime, evenings and Saturdays, allowing you to fit your training around your other commitments.

You'll work through the course with an audio guide and workbooks, and our friendly training team are on hand to help should you require assistance.

At the end each module you'll take a short exam to earn your certificate towards your diploma.

You can start a course at any time and study at times to suit you. We're open from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm Monday to Thursday, 9:00 am to 4:30 pm on Fridays and 10:00 am to 4:00 pm on Saturdays. With us you can study on drop-in or flexi-study basis, where you're not tied down to a regular timetable - great if you work shifts or have lots of time commitments!
