This course is for people who are working in or wish to move career into facilities and property management. Entry is open to the Level 3 Certificate. Certificate holders then progress to the ILM Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management. It is planned that Diploma holders will have the option to progress to the Level 6 Diploma in Management

The Programme runs over 48 evenings in total.

Entry is open to the ILM Level 3 Certificate in Facilities Management stage Entry to the ILM Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management is open to FM Certificate holders.
Institute of Leadership and Management
This means that the course doesn't come with any kind of qualification. You might do it for the experience or just to learn a skill
